A caller on Mosquito Lake Road reported their vehicle had been vandalized. An officer responded.
A caller reported their vehicle on Small Tract Road was damaged by a bear while they were out of town.
A caller reported a vehicle blocking traffic on Deishu Drive. The borough’s Department of Public Works was notified.
A caller reported vehicles that needed to be removed from a private parking lot on Main Street.
A caller reported a vehicle driving at excessive speeds on Main Street. An officer was advised.
A caller reported a civil issue on Bartlett Drive. An officer advised and responded.
A caller reported a fire alarm on Second Avenue. The fire department responded.

Tuesday, Jan. 20
A caller again reported a fire alarm on Second Avenue. The fire department responded.
A welfare check was requested for an employee on Small Tracts Road. An officer responded.
A caller reported a trespasser on Main Street. An officer responded.

Thursday, Jan. 23
A caller reported losing money in a scam. An officer responded.
A caller reported an injured eagle on Lutak Road. An officer responded and the American Bald Eagle Foundation was notified.
A driver was given a verbal warning for speeding on Haines Highway.

Friday, Jan. 24
A driver was given a verbal warning for speeding at the intersection of Small Tracts Road and Mud Bay Road.
Officers responded to a possible impaired driver on Haines Highway. An arrest was made.
A caller reported a stranded cat on Haines Highway. HARK responded and picked up the cat.
A caller reported a possible fuel spill on Lutak Road. The fire department responded and determined it was from a previously contained spill.

There were two 911 hang-up calls, five canine calls, four EMS calls, and 11 burn permits issued during the reporting period.
