Bad weather, lack of ferries and transport difficulties have caused a delay in the papers being delivered to your mailboxes. This week, for example, we didn’t get the Feb. 13 newspapers into town until Tuesday, Feb. 18. By all accounts that’s record as far as I know, although not one to get too excited about.
