Police and Haines Volunteer Fire Dept. responded to a death on Deishu Drive. Cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner’s office.

An officer located a vehicle in the ditch on Major Road and Third Avenue.

A caller reported a minor vehicle accident near 1 Mile Haines Highway with no injuries. Drivers exchanged insurance information.

A Lynnview Drive caller requested assistance in calling another citizen. The caller was later able to contact them.

A caller reported a cable line was down on FAA Road. The message was relayed to the utility company.

A message was relayed to a vehicle owner that their vehicle was impeding snow removal on Comstock Road.

Police and HVFD responded to a death at 1.5 Mile Lutak Road. Cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner’s office.

Police served a summons to a resident of Third Avenue on behalf of another agency.

A caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly on Chilkoot Loop Road. A verbal warning was issued to the driver.

A caller reported a large rock in the road at Letnikoff Cove. DOT was advised.
