An alarm company reported a fire alarm going off at an unoccupied home on Second Avenue. HVFD responded and said there was no fire.
911 pocket dial. Caller was contacted and verified no emergency.
A caller reported he advised a bicyclist with no place to stay for the night that the skate park would be a dry place.
Friday, Sept. 23
Two 911 hang-up calls were received with no caller IDs. Dispatch unable to take further action.
A caller advised of a phone scam fraud. Information logged.
A summons was received from the Haines Municipal Court and served on a Haines resident.
A 911 hang-up call was received with no caller ID. No further action was taken.
A two-vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at the ferry terminal. HBPD responded.
A welfare check was requested by a parent of a Haines resident. Welfare check was conducted, and parent was advised.
A no-trespass order was served on a resident of a trailer court on Haines Highway.

A resident of Small Tracts Road reported a bear outside his residence knocking things over and possibly trying to get in. HBPD responded. The bear was gone on arrival.
A caller reported debris in the roadway near 9.5 Mile Haines Highway from a fallen tree that had been removed. The state transportation department was notified.
A business on Second Avenue requested assistance serving a no-trespass order on a Haines resident. HBPD served the notice.
A caller reported a suspicious man in the area of her residence in the Small Tracts Road area. HBPD met with the man, who stated he was just passing through the area on his way to a relative’s home.
Wednesday, Sept. 21
A caller in the fairgrounds area reported a vehicle that had been abandoned on their property for a prolonged time. Dispatch was unable to find records with information provided by caller.
A caller reported vehicles drag-racing in the area of Lutak Road. AST advised.
A caller requested HBPD check the welfare of a family member who had not been in contact. Dispatch made contact with subject, who advised they will contact the caller.
A caller reported hearing multiple gunshots in the residential Mud Bay Road area. Officers unable to locate.
Tuesday, Sept. 20
Person reported the pump smoking at a gas station. Owner advised and did not recontact for further assistance.
A caller driving in the Small Tracts Road area reported a suspicious man who jumped in front of their vehicle. HBPD was unable to locate the man.
Investigation continued in a report on issuing a bad check.
Fire alarm reported in the area of Dalton Street. HVFD was dispatched and the alarm was found to be false.
