An officer was advised that a caller reported a violation of their protective order when they received a phone call from the person they were to be protected from.

An officer advised people to stay off the Port Chilkoot Dock construction site.

Friday, Feb. 4

AT&T corrected their 911 routing for cell phones in the area. Calls had been going to the police station business line, not the 911 line.

A caller reported a minor road closure on Lutak Road for workers in the area near the ferry.

A caller reported receiving threats from a former downtown co-worker. No charges were filed, and an officer advised the caller to get a protective order.

Civilian interference on the police radio was reported.

A caller reported a vehicle at a downtown stop sign with its lights off.

A caller reported hearing three shots or firecrackers in a residential area on Piedad Road. An officer responded and could not locate the source of the noise.

Thursday, Feb. 3

A person was taken into custody for driving with a revoked driver’s license after a traffic stop.

Wednesday, Feb. 2

A caller reported concern when they saw their children get into a truck instead of the school bus. The children were located at school and said they got a ride from a friend.

Public works responded after a caller reported a water line may have broken at a residence because water was pouring everywhere in the upper Young Road area.

A caller reported hearing two gunshots on Skyline Drive. An officer responded and could not locate the source.

Tuesday, Feb. 1

A caller reported the school bus was stuck on FAA Road, but the bus soon continued on its route.

State road crews responded after a caller reported Piedad Road was too icy for the school bus to drive on.

A caller reported being harassed by another person. The caller said the person had been following them around in their vehicle.

State troopers reported an injured moose in the Kelsall area. A trooper observed the moose and did not capture it.

A caller reported the wind was blowing an object at the school playground, which may be sheet metal.
