I would like to publicly express my thanks to Daymond Hoffman and Joanne Waterman for their service to our borough assembly and to our community. I believe that they, and all the members of our borough assembly, do the very best that they can for our community and we are lucky to have them as our representatives. It is sad that a group of people are singling them out for recall. Instead of criticizing and trying to remove others from office, I would encourage those in that group to put their energies into trying to get elected as representatives in our local government where they can have a voice from within. I urge you to vote against the recall initiative.
