Mayor Stephanie Scott last month appointed residents to committees. Appointments included: Chilkat Center Advisory Board: Tara Bicknell and Kerry Cohen; Port and Harbor Advisory Committee: Fred Gray, Bart Henderson and Mike Mackowiak. Bicknell and Cohen will serve terms through November 2013, and the Port and Harbor Advisory Committee terms run through November 2014.
