I would like to  acknowledge publicly  my  appreciation to  Craig Franke from CWS. He has consistently been a supporter of the efforts in community building at Four Winds Resource Center.  It has not  been just a one-time event but  for years  he has  been willing to make trash  disposal easier for out-the-road residents.
