Did you know you can absentee vote by personal representative in the Haines Borough due to age, illness or disability? Do you need a ride to the Administration Building to absentee vote? Absentee voting by personal representative: A qualified voter who is unable to go to the polling place due to age, illness or disability may appoint a personal representative to obtain a ballot for the voter in the Borough Administration Building, M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. now through Oct. 6, or at the polling site on Oct. 7, 2025.

Early voting:  (Absentee In-Person) at the Administration Bldg. is now open, M-F, 9-5 through Oct. 6, 2025.

Apply to vote absentee by fax or email:: Deadline 5 pm Oct. 6, 2025.

Election Day: Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025 from 7 a.m.—8 p.m. ANB Hall and the Klehini Valley Fire Hall.
