The Alaska Arts Confluence’s Valentine’s Day “Dinner and a Movie” fundraiser on February 15 served to 52 people a four-course French dinner in a recreated Parisian cafe followed by a showing of “The Scarlet Pimpernel.” The fun evening was supported by an incredible volunteer corps that included Annette Smith (event design and bread baking), Brandt Alten-Huber (chef), Aurora Alten-Huber (sous chef and bread baker), Karen Bryant (bread baking), Donna Cattoti (wall art), Madison Hotch (dishwasher), Hannah Bochart and Drama, Debate and Forensics students Maddox Rogers, Kaylah Cone, Colin Aldassy, Klover Cinocco, Aimee Lahr, and Talia Hauser (servers), Judy Weibel (décor), Lorrie Dudzik (décor), and Maggie Balise (sign). Thank you to everyone who volunteered and who came and enjoyed the evening with us.
