Benassi family fundraiser was a success and true community effort

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the fundraiser held for Natalie Benassi. In particular, I would like to thank all of the businesses and individuals who came together to make it a success including: Miles Furniture, Four Wind Farms, Dangle AK, Rod Hinson of Alaska Rod’s, Lena James & Company, Becky’s Place, Tlingit Ink Designs, Haines Packing Company, The Ugly’s, ANB Camp #5, and the many individual donors. The love shown for Natalie came through. Between the nacho sale, silent auction and donations, we were able to raise $6,176. These donations went directly to the family.
