I just came up with what I think is a brilliant idea…LOL.I think at the same time every Friday (during the day) KHNS should announce Dance Break and then play a song that the wholetown can dance to. Just think if most of the town stopped what they were doing and just danced? The joy and “feel goods” that would abound. You just can’t be grumpy when you are dancing. I think we all need some levity, what with everything that’s going on, inflation, wars, terrorists, mass shootings, etc. Listeners could write in their favorite dance song, and then they would listen every week to see when you were going to play their song. We could get pictures of everyone in town dancing and send them to the networks…put Haines on the map (not that we aren’t already but you know what I mean). We could go viral…the possibilities are endless. Oh, what fun it is to live in Haines, AK.
