Reading a recent CVN I was dismayed to see the response from Jan Hill when the mayoral candidates were asked to say something nice about their opponent. Tom responded by acknowledging his opponent in a positive way but Jan did not. If a candidate can’t display a kind and open attitude on a simple question like that, how will they respond when things get emotional or tense?
