My plea is that dog owners be more aware of responsibility for their dogs, please. Two main areas of concern: dogs at the Farmer’s Market (gladly, misuse of this has resulted in “No Dogs” sign recently). Patients are leaving their dogs to bark and whine in the parking lot. There are apartments above the dental, physical therapy and behavioral health offices. Really people, it’s cruel to the dogs, too.
