Ben Aultman-Moore and I sat in conversation regarding his recent decision to run for a seat at the Haines Borough Assembly. When I inquired about his desire and goals for stepping into this important role in our community, he responded clearly and without hesitation, “I want to listen and I want to learn, I’m not coming at this from a personal agenda.” I believe he will do just as he says.
Listen, to us, the Haines Community.
Learn, from us, the Haines Community.
And exercise his vote on community decisions based on the interest of the greater good for our present and our future.
This is an individual I will stand next to proudly and support with my vote for Haines Borough Assembly. I hope you will join me in exercising your own vote in support of the individuals that are willing to listen, to learn, and to act for the greater good of the people and the land of the Haines Borough.
