Yurts are clearly a great danger to the value of properties in town and must be banned along with many other things. We currently define yurts as “a dwelling with a fabric covering over a frame of wood or other material.” This would also be a generous description of the forty-two year-old public safety building, which means that it must be lowering neighborhood property values. I propose we ban the public safety building.

Furthermore, I saw someone repainting their house the other day and thought it didn’t quite fit in with the aesthetic of the neighborhood, which seems like something that could affect property values and should be subject to many committee meetings.

During this last snowstorm, I saw some neighbors building a snowman on their own private property, but they were using a stick for the nose instead of the traditional carrot. I think it’s lowering my property values.
