I’ve had nothing but positive experiences working with Brenda Josephson as a member of the parks and recreation board, when she was our assembly liaison from her previous, recent term. Brenda’s vast understanding of governing agencies affecting Haines was vital to all of our conversations. She brought to bear her knowledge of our borough’s codes and processes that not only helped resolve every issue she was consulted on, but more importantly, she was able to satisfy divergent opinions. I also worked with Brenda on other community volunteer activities where I witnessed her swift decision-making skills, delegation abilities, and calmness during stressful, challenging times.
In short, she’s smart, sensitive, considerate, always prepared and cares deeply for everyone in this community and their wellbeing. I’m confident in my vote for Brenda to join the Haines assembly this fall.
