Thank you to the Chilkat Valley News, Haines Real Estate and Karen Garcia for your generous donations this year for cash prizes and to the families who support the annual Scholastic Book Fairs in the school library. Funds from your purchases are used to purchase books and prizes for this event. Over 340 books were handed out to students as prizes.
A huge thank you to Jeanne Kitayama, Teri Kanahele, Barb Blood, Holly Davis, Karen Garcia and Shannon McPhetres who helped write over 500 questions. I would especially like to thank Karen Garcia, who not only wrote questions, but was here every day to help make this annual event happen for the students in the Haines School.
