A caller reported a strange buzzing coming from a residence on Oslund Drive.
A person came to the station to report an overturned baby stroller near the Portage Cove campground. An officer investigated and found it was an abandoned old stroller used for dolls.

A person turned in a large buck knife found on the Battery Point Trail.
A caller reported an injured eagle on the beach near Rainbow Glacier Camp. The American Bald Eagle Foundation and troopers were advised.

A caller reported a vehicle parked facing the wrong direction on Main Street. Police issued a citation.
A caller asked police to conduct a welfare check on a woman in the Deishu Drive area who didn’t appear for an appointment. Police found the woman had been sleeping.
A person reported a woman in the Fort Seward area was overdue from a run. Police found the woman in the Carr’s Cove area and gave her a ride back to the fort.
A caller reported cars blocking traffic on Beach Road. The owners moved the cars.
A caller reported a respondent of a protective order had driven by “and flipped him off” on Mud Bay Road. Police said this wasn’t a violation of the protective order.

A caller near 26 Mile Haines Highway reported a moose calf stuck on a sand bar and unable to join a cow due to a heavy current. Troopers were notified and said nature would take its course.
A caller reported a vehicle parked in the handicap zone on Main Street. The caller said the vehicle later moved.
Police served a protective order on a man in the Haines jail.
A man reported an electronic device and software were stolen from his unattended backpack at Tlingit Park. Police initiated a case.
