A big gregarious thank you to Heidi Robichaud – Mastermind, Sylvia Heinz – Mud Bay Lumber Genius, Sheldon Museum Community Coordinator Regi Johanos, and Creative Director of Alaska Arts Confluence Carol Tuynman for making First Friday in June all about wood. The epic center for the event started at the Haines Sheldon Museum’s event “From Forest To Finish: A Story of Wood in the Chilkat Valley” showing June 1-July 14 and went through multiple businesses throughout town.
