Well, seven months has gone by and still my case goes on for something I didn’t do. This is the second time now I go before a court to be judged – while innocent. The first time I was accused of burning the school, which I didn’t. I did most of five years I got, and parole. I lost a lot, especially my dignity.

Now, because of a “Duty Cop,” I face two assault charges and going to trial and to be judged once again – while innocent. I do believe prejudice has a lot to do with this, my opinion.

Yet, he’s on duty, and off duty he’s just as arrogant and pushes his weight around. Now what kind of person is this? My trial is set for Nov. 7, 9 a.m. I will be there and face the justice system for what it is. When you take an oath, you should abide by it. But as the old saying goes, once dirty, always dirty. You live with that, and knowing the whole community knows of you. Protect and serve.
