Becky’s Place Haven of Hope (a local “safe house” in Haines) wanted to express our gratitude to all who came and supported our fundraiser on June 30. We had a great turnout with a lot of laughter, bidding, eating and joking. At the end of the evening, when all was tabulated from our salmon dinner, silent auction, dessert auction and donations, we made slightly over $10,000.
