A caller reported a tree down, partially blocking Menaker Road. State road crews were advised.

A pedestrian reported a reckless driver on Small Tracts Road. Police responded but were unable to locate the driver.

A traffic stop on Beach Road resulted in the arrest of a 56-year-old Yukon Territory resident for driving under the influence.

Saturday, June 18

A caller reported helping an intoxicated woman who fell on Union Street. The person called back to say the woman was safely at her residence.

A person turned in a radio found near 19 Mile Haines Highway. The owner called to claim the radio.

A person reported two men using the back stairs at a Second Avenue apartment complex. Officers responded but didn’t find evidence of criminal activity.

A caller reported an unidentified person keyed her vehicle on Union Street.

Dispatch received report of a hit-and-run on Front Street. An officer located the suspected vehicle and arrested a 36-year-old man for driving under the influence.

A caller reported a man attempted to cross in front of a dump truck on Second Avenue as if trying to be struck by the vehicle. An officer was advised.
