A caller on Young Road reported a concern about an unattended fire near his residence. Police investigated and found the campfire was attended.
Sunday, April 14
Police arrested a man and charged him with assault in the fourth degree and interfering with the report of a crime of domestic violence.
Dispatch received a protective order from the magistrate. An officer served it on the respondent.
Dispatch received a call about damage at the school, but the caller needed to speak with school representatives before police could get involved.

A caller reported a truck was creating ruts behind their business on a dirt road. Police were unable to locate the truck.
A local guide company reported an avalanche and requested ambulance to stand by until all people were recovered. Those involved were then reported as all recovered with no injuries.

Police were unable to locate a motor home reported to be dumping waste into Lynn Canal at Picture Point.
Police received a protective order to be served on a man.
Troopers were advised of a rental motor home being slightly damaged after someone backed into it with a snowmachine trailer. A note with no phone numbers was left on the window.

One traffic stop resulted in two citations for failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding.
