A Mud Bay Road resident called 911 to report his shop was on fire. The Haines Volunteer Fire Department responded.
A caller reported he saw a man driving without a required ignition interlock device on his vehicle. The caller was advised the driver was not required to use one.
A caller reported receiving threatening phone calls, but then called back to say it was his intoxicated friend.

A Small Tracts Road resident reported someone playing a looped recording of loud screeching birds all night and running a chainsaw before 7 a.m. An officer was advised.
A caller reported a vehicle speeding in a school zone. Police responded but couldn’t locate the vehicle.
A caller reported receiving phone calls saying she had won money from the Publisher’s Clearinghouse. The calls were determined to be fraudulent.
A traffic stop resulted in a warning for an illegal U-turn.
Wednesday, April 27
Dispatch received a report of harassment. An officer was advised.
A Haines Highway business employee asked for help accessing a building, saying they were accidentally locked out. An officer responded and tried to help.
Tuesday, April 26
A Juneau alarm company reported a burglary alarm at a Haines Highway business. Police responded and secured the building.
A man reported a reckless driver at Letnikof Cove. Troopers were advised.
A 911 caller reported gun shots near Small Tracts Road. An officer and trooper responded, contacted the individual who was shooting and gave a verbal warning for shooting a gun in the townsite.
