My harbor objectives:
Expand the boat harbor with slips and in-water services.
Provide one row of car and truck parking, where space is available, along the scenic sidewalk north to the harbor manager’s office.
Make provision for additional car, truck and boat trailer parking approximately one block away, within walking distance.
Retain the present harbor entrance for boat access at the end of the present rock breakwater.
