Congratulations to Haytham Mohanna for winning first place in the 2013 International Education week contest for his presentation on his homeland in Palestine. Haytham gave an outstanding presentation to 65 people at the library on Nov. 15, coordinated by Haines People for Peace. We are fortunate to have such a remarkable young leader in our community as an exchange student this year. Enjoy your well-earned prize trip to Honolulu, Haytham!
