Pre-hunt moose meeting set for Sept. 15

An informational meeting on the local subsistence moose hunt will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 at the American Bald Eagle Foundation.

Agenda items include a showing of the “Is This Moose Legal?” video, discussion of antler configurations, discussion of the brochure “Moose Hunting in Antler Restricted Areas – Southeast Alaska,” and data from local moose populations surveys.
