The Haines Sportsmans Association held our annual fall turkey shoot last Saturday and it was a great success. The weather proved to be bright and sunny though cold, and several folks brought snacks to share and we had a great time.
We had 22 shooting events and at least 42 shooters of all ages and both sexes. There were 17 individual winners who received “turkey” certificates. I think our youngest shooter and winner was Jackson…
