On behalf of the Haines Little League I’d like to again thank the Haines Sportsmen’s Association and the Haines Emblem Club #463 for their donation to our program. There are about 50 players involved in baseball this year and they are continually improving and learning the details of the game. I’d like to invite the community to come and enjoy a baseball game at Fair Field. The Little Leaguers (ages 9-12) play on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., and the Teeballers (ages 5-8) play on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00. (I just have to throw in that we are always in need of umpires if anyone would like to volunteer.) As always, thank you to the volunteers who keep this program rolling! See you at the field!
