As a father of two young boys, I am very interested in the long-term success of Haines. I define success as an effective, well-rounded school system, a vibrant economy, a positive and safe community, and the continued high quality of life that we enjoy. To maintain and improve on this success we need good elected leaders.Leaders who will consider the views of all people in the borough. Leaders who do their homework and come to every meeting well informed. Leaders who model good civic behavior by being considerate and respectful. Leaders who are clear thinkers with the ability for long-term planning.
