A special meeting of the Haines Borough Assembly will be held starting 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9 in the assembly chambers.
The purpose of the meeting will be to make a bid award for demolition of the old school buildings, to approve an addendum to the Lily Lake water line project for agency-funded improvements, and to formulate a resolution nominating projects to the state Department of Transportation.
