The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities intends to include the controversial Cascade Point Ferry Terminal in its finalized 20-year regional plan, but encouraged public comments on how that happens.
A public comment period on the Southeast Alaska Transportation Plan is open until Oct. 19.
