City mayor Greg Combs is asking borough mayor Jerry Lapp to share $250,000 in federal disaster funds so that the city can work on improvements to the Small Boat Harbor.
The money could be used for expansion of parking and installation of restrooms, a project estimated at about $500,000, Combs said.
