Austin Welch and Rachel Frazier were married March 27 at LaSelva Beach, Calif. Austin’s mom, Fuzzy Von Stauffenberg, stayed with her sister Patricia Ruth in Capitola and also spent time with her daughter Ashley Martin and family.
