The Haines Borough pool is tentatively closed until Dec. 22 for replacement of the facility’s lights, though facilities maintenance technician Eddie Bryant said it may be open sooner.
Contractor Patrick Anderson started the work Monday to replace 78 aging, metal light fixtures with about 40 new plastic ones.
