Wow, Krista Kielsmeier is clearly disappointed with the hiring of Debra Schnabel. However, unless you are self-employed, you don’t get to choose who you work for. It’s not the right of the employee to select their supervisor. You might not like who the borough assembly selected as the new manager or how decisions were made, but as an employee it’s not your place to publicly criticize how your employer operates.
