Whoa, look closely and think about that insert we received in the last CVN!
How can we possibly blame the increased property tax rates on the current assembly? Think about that. Increases and property tax changes have been going on for several years. It was this assembly that made the change to a different assessor, which seemed to improve the situation. I encourage you to analyze each one of those points for truth. Debating and accusing individuals about how the borough got into this situation of owing large sums of money is not worth our time. We can’t undo it now.
However, I am very grateful that we have Natalie Dawson on our assembly. She seems to be very proactive in finding alternatives to our taxes having to pay the bills. Please help me keep her working for us.
I also am encouraged that we have another younger person willing to step up into a leadership position. Nora Zimmerly’s interest in finding housing solutions is a much needed emphasis at this time. Please help me get her elected onto the assembly.
