I support Natalie Dawson and Nora Zimmerly for assembly. During her time on the assembly, Natalie stood unflinchingly in the face of harassment, corruption, and lies about her person. She sets a good example for any who wish to serve the community, but fear how they may be perceived. Doing it anyway, and with conviction, is brave, but not impossible. I know that Nora, who has worked in tourism, food service, and commercial fishing, also cares tremendously about the Haines Borough, and is tough to boot. These women will do what’s right no matter how difficult, and for that, they have my vote.
