The 2023 Haines Community Easter Egg Hunt was a success. With over 5000+ eggs being distributed throughout the school halls and middle school gym. It looked like a tornado went through the school and it only took less than 15min to be completely cleaned up by all the kids. There were 111 prizes claimed, 125 hotdogs were consumed, and close to 160 people if not more in attendance. There was also a fun adult Hunt as well because grown-ups are kids too.
It was the best Community Hunt thus far. And without all the donations of time, treasure, and talents this would have not been possible, so a BIG THANK YOU to all that contributed. You made many kids smile.
