Thank you, to Dustin Hurt, his mine crew, and the White Water Gold TV film crew for their recent assistance when Nugget Creek overflowed its banks well above my family’s small, permitted placer mine camp in the Tsirku Valley. In our absence, they took it upon themselves to gather much of our equipment and supplies that washed into the Tsirku River and then down to Devil’s Elbow. My family accepts responsibility for continuing the cleanup as river conditions allow.
