After reading your editorial, Kyle, I am very disappointed and feel that you could have used this issue in your editorial that would have been so much better. You could have pointed out that after a good meeting, and by the way, it was respectful, the progressive work that had been done was so welcoming that heli operators were looking to work with each other. They were in agreement of using two helicopters per operator per day. But, alas, no, you choose to take the low road and pit “anti-mine people against pro-mine.” In my opinion, you choose to belittle such a horrible thing as someone wanting to kill another person. You were not at the meeting. You did not see the shock and utter disgust after Eric Holle said that awful remark. The laughter was more along the lines of nervous laughter because the people in the room couldn’t believe what had been said. I was there. I gave the CVN a chance after you bought it. Your chances are done.
