I am an environmentalist and believe in conservation. I have been rewarded with walking and bicycling for 25 years. I believe lowering our use of oil and minerals is a personal choice. You can do the same. Here is my request: if you have to drive a vehicle made of metals and fueled by fossil fuels in the valley, think about how simpler life would be. Move to the townsite, blow up your TV, build a little garden. On your own.
