Haines firefighters commemorate the 19th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, which claimed nearly 3,000 victims in New York City including first responders and civilians. Firefighters stood in front of the Haines Borough Public Safety building between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. with flags and trucks to remember the occasion.
