Kindness of people should always be rewarded and passed forward.
My name is Anni Peters. My husband, Lee Peters, and I arrived in Haines August 29th. We had been traveling BC, Yukon and Alaska in our RV, enjoying the vast vistas and communities.
On August 30th. we arrived at Haines Clinic with Lee having severe stomach pains. The staff in emergency went beyond helping and did all they could. Lee had to be air ambulanced to Whitehorse.
I’m sorry to those, who’s names I’ve forgotten. Jina, for her professionalisms and kindness, the office administrator, who took me to get clothes for Lee.
Richard and his wife, for driving our unit to Whitehorse as they were going for the long weekend.
Lee was diagnosed with pancreatitis and high blood pressure. After a 5 day stay in hospital, he is back at our trailer enjoying his own bed. Once Lee’s strength is back, we will start our journey home.
Thank you, Thank you!!
To all at Haines Clinic for their kindness, your help lessened my stress. Will always have good memories of the people!
With thanks,
Anni Peters
