I want to express my appreciation to all the individuals, volunteers and professionals who came to the aid of my daughter and I after our traumatic rollover accident Nov. 3. Being trapped, in shock and in pain, you all were comforting and reassuring to me. Thanks to Pam Coulter, Chris Brown, Mario and Natalie Benassi, Travis Russell, Dr. Wendle, Linda Huber, the Klehini Valley Fire Department and the Haines Volunteer Fire Department. Officer Brown and police chief Heath Scott, thank you for responding to the accident. Brown used his professional knowledge to help secure my belongings, inform my family of what happened and provide comfort. To the doctors and nurses at the Haines SEARHC Clinic, Mercedes and Kevin Hansen, and any others I forgot to name—I thank you for your compassion.
