Lynn Canal Conservation’s “I love salmon because…” chalkboard won’t be going up on the old Coliseum Theater building, as the Haines Borough has already conferred with building owners for use of the windows this summer.
LCC conservation coordinator Macky Cassidy said there was some confusion over who would be using the space and LCC is still in the process of finding a location for the community art installation.
A reference last week should have said that sales in 2013 defined as “retail” grew by 3 percent over 2012.
