Haines Borough Public Facilities Director Brad Ryan is among three finalists for a city manager position in Dillingham.
Ryan has served as the interim borough manager twice in the last two years, with his most recent appointment this winter after former manager Bill Seward was fired in December. Ryan was a finalist for the manager position and held the interim seat until Debra Schnabel started the job in June after a controversial hiring procecss.
Ryan is up against Tod Larson, manager of Seldovia, and Mark Lynch, manager of Whittier.
Dillingham Mayor Alice Ruby said the finalists will all be interviewed in person before the last weekend in August.
Ryan declined to comment for this story.
