Valley of the Eagles golf links will hold its 6th annual International Open Aug. 5.
The tournament is the course’s biggest event of the season, said course pro Niall Hackett.
Two-person teams will compete for 18 holes. Six-hole best ball, alternate shot and scramble contests also will be held.
Prizes will include ones for men’s and women’s divisions.
“You can just show up. If you don’t have a team, we’ll find you one. Everybody can play,” Hackett said.
A $65 entry includes meals. $25 from the $65 entry goes to the Haines Youth Athletic Fund of the Chilkat Valley Community Foundation.
