Haines Borough Public Library Director Patricia Brown has been appointed to serve on the Governor’s Advisory Council on Libraries. The one-year appointment will work on revising and updating the state library strategic plan, which assures access to library services to all Alaskans. Patricia previously served as president of the Alaska Library Association.
